RETURNS POLICY
This policy applies to all purchases made from Envirofreeze Packaging:
Before returning an item to Envirofreeze Packaging, you need to log into your Envirofreeze Packaging account on www.envirofreeze.com.au and submit an RMA request in your account section to advise us of your wish and reason to return the product. We will then provide you with further information on the return process and how the product may be returned to us. It is important that you lodge the return request form within 7 days of receipt of the goods, as otherwise requests for returns will not be accepted regardless of reason.
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Envirofreeze Packaging will be pleased to offer you an exchange of goods, provided:
– The item is in a saleable condition (i.e., the original labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), unused and as sold); and
– You cover any return freight charges applicable to returning the product to us (unless the product is faulty or damaged).
Consumer guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Envirofreeze Packaging. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.
Return Locations
It will depend on the nature of the item to where the product needs to be returned. As such, please submit the RMA request via your Account section on our website to advise us about your wish to return the item so that we can provide you with instructions on how the product should be returned. Please be aware that unless the item is faulty, Envirofreeze Packaging is not responsible for the freight charges to return the item.
Payment Method
For all purchases, Envirofreeze Packaging will refund using your original payment method.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) for the website of Envirofreeze Packaging (“Envirofreeze Packaging”, “we”, “our”) that link to these Terms (the “Sites”) govern the relationship between you and Envirofreeze Packaging in connection with the Sites. Pricing Information. You acknowledge that the pricing information provided through the use of the Sites is intended for your use solely and is confidential to Envirofreeze Packaging. You agree not to share such pricing information with any other party without the written consent of Envirofreeze Packaging.

Envirofreeze Packaging is not responsible if information made available on the Sites is not accurate, complete, or current. Indemnification
